Please follow the signs or ask a Greeter upon arrival.

All visitors must check out and return their badges immediately following service at the Visitor’s Entrance/Exit Door.

PLEASE NOTE: before any student will be dismissed from service, all visitors will be dismissed first.

If you have questions regarding this, please call the office: 865-773-0488

IS CHILDCARE AVAILABLE DURING THE NIGHT SERVICES?

No. Visitors with children must remain with their child AT ALL TIMES.

ARE CHILDREN UNDER 9 ALLOWED TO REGISTER FOR CAMP?

It is not recommended, however, if she/he is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of the same gender, we will consider it ONLY after we see that we have room after all the groups are registered. We should have a good idea by June 1. If permitted, the child and adult must pay the full student fee each. Please also note, any adult attending with children under 9 will not be allowed to serve as a volunteer, as that person’s main responsibility will be to take care of their child. Please also note, our camp is designed for ages 9+, as such, Tribal Games and Tribe Classes (1, 2, and 3) will not be open for those under 9. Please call the office with any questions: 865-773-0488

HOW WILL MY CHILD’S MEDS BE KEPT?

We have a Nurse’s Station. ALL medication must be turned in at check in on Monday. The meds will be locked and kept safe with the nurses. Your child will need to know when to go to the office for their meds. Please go over this with them. We will also have documentation from the Medical Form you will download and fill out (will be available soon). Our nurses will go to whatever measure necessary to make sure all the kids are getting their meds on time.
